Hey, I’m Judith – Coach, Breathwork and NLP practitioner, and someone who truly gets what it’s like to juggle a lot while also growing a business.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked with ambitious women—business owners, professionals, and leaders—who are spinning multiple plates and doing a great job, but not always feeling that way.

​

You know, you’re growing a business, a career, raising a family, maybe caring for ageing parents too. You’re driven, but also tired of running on nearly empty. You want to be successful and present. To feel calm and productive. To live fully, breathe deeply and enjoy the process.

Coaching + Breathwork: A Practical, Human Approach

My work blends coaching and breathwork to help you navigate the complexities of business and life—because the two are always intertwined and demanding of our time and energies.

Through coaching, I help you find clarity, make confident decisions, and create practical strategies that fit your reality and where you’re going. Whether you’re refining your business, working through personal challenges, or simply craving some breathing space, I’ll walk alongside you—sometimes literally. (I love to coach while walking in nature. It’s grounding, freeing, and the ideas just flow.)

And through breathwork, I’ll show you how to tap into your body’s natural ability to reset. It’s not just about relaxation—it’s about building resilience, sharpening focus, and finding ease, even on the busiest of days.

I know firsthand what it’s like to feel pulled in different directions. To want to do it all—and do it well but feeling like that’s maybe impossible.

  • Breathe into Business: My 12-week programme specifically for women business owners, blending coaching and breathwork to help you stay clear-headed, confident, and calm—while growing your business sustainably.

  • Workshops & Groups: From local breathwork sessions to walking-based masterminds, I create spaces where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling clearer and more grounded.
