For women juggling business, family and the sense that something’s got to give.
This 12-week one-to-one programme combines coaching and breathwork to help you pause,
get clear and move forward with clarity, confidence and feeling in control.
We meet online every couple of weeks to untangle the overwhelm and create space for what's important to you.
For your ideas, your energy, and the version of success that actually fits your life.

We'll look at how you're running life and work right now, where the conflicts are, how to ease and create space and support for you to do what you want and need to do.
Expect a mix of gentle structure, honest conversations, and simple breathing tools to help you reconnect with yourself and your work.

Feel calmer, sleep better, breathe easier.
This six-week breathwork programme is all about helping you reconnect with your
breath—and feel the difference making small changes difference can make in your everyday life.
Whether you're dealing with stress, low energy, anxious thoughts, or simply want to breathe
better, this is a gentle, practical introduction to techniques that work with your body and life.
There are two ways to join:

to shift them for the better.
