In-Person Breathwork
Clinic Sessions and Workshops

Gentle, supportive sessions to help you feel more at ease in your body and mind.
These sessions are a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with
yourself —physically and emotionally.
One2One sessions in a lovely clinic space in East Grinstead

We focus on simple, safe breathing techniques that support your nervous system, help
release stress, and build better breathing habits over time.
Some people come to manage anxiety or improve sleep. Others are referred by a massage
therapist, osteopath or GP. All are welcome.
These sessions are designed to help with:

Stress, overwhelm or burnout

Poor sleep or energy levels

Breathing pattern dysfunctions or chronic tension

Some Chronic health conditions such as asthma and inflammation

We focus on simple, safe breathing techniques that support your nervous system, help
release stress, build better breathing habits over time and offer a deep reset and relaxation.
Some people come to manage stress and anxiety, improve sleep or for a sense of relaxation.

I will ask you to complete a basic health questionnaire to check for contraindications, and will take these into account during the breathing practices.
There are mats, blankets and bolsters provided but please consider bringing...

Breathe Better, Feel Better
This six-week breathwork programme is all about helping you reconnect with your
breath—and feel the difference small changes can make in your everyday life.
Feel calmer, sleep better, breathe easier.
Whether you're dealing with stress, low energy, anxious thoughts, or simply want to breathe
better, this is a gentle, practical introduction to techniques that work with your body and life.
There are two ways to join:

One-to-one sessions – personalised support tailored to what you need most

You’ll learn how your breathing patterns affect your body, mood and mind—and simple ways
to shift them for the better.
You’ll notice improvements in:

Your general sense of wellbeing

Some reduction of common dysfunctional breathing symptoms (case by case)
